With 'Spicy Showcase,' I always want to take the concept of a showreel to the next level. I've always felt like the community of people and things that I've made all kind of come together in harmony, like some kind of cinematic universe. This project was created out of inspiration from my first month in college, and I wanted to apply what I've learned about design from my friends and professors into a film, reimagining all that I've designed so far into a raw and almost hard-hitting edit. You'll see a city themed around the brands, each with its own section, room, vibe, and color, while still coming together in a unique (and edgy) way.
